How soon after placing this deposit will I need to pay for my cruise?
If your sailing date is more than 120 days away from todays date:
- You will need to pay a 20% deposit directly to Virgin within 24 hours of us creating the booking. We will make contact with you prior to processing the booking so you have time to make this payment.
- The entire cruise must be paid in full 120 days prior to your departure date.
If your sailing date is less than 120 days away from todays date, then the booking must be paid in full (directly to Virgin) within 24 hours of us creating the booking. We will make contact with you prior to processing the booking so you have time to make this payment.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders placed prior to 3PM EST Monday to Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM will be processed on the next business day. If the price changes before we finalize your booking, we will contact you to check if you still want to book. If you decide not to book because of a price increase, your $300 payment will be refunded.
OFFER TERMS & REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
The $300 deposit you pay to Smart Sail Voyages is non-refundable. Once we transfer this My Next Virgin Voyage offer to your name, it can not be transferred again.
All payments and deposits paid to Virgin after claiming this offer are not refundable but may be converted to a Future Voyage Credit upon cancellation, subject to the following: At any time prior to 45 days before the start of your cruise, you can cancel your cruise and receive a Future Voyage Credit that is good for 1 year from the original voyage start date. Once you are within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final.
You are not permitted to change the travel agency on your booking after purchasing this offer.
